A fantastic evening last night at YO! Sushi White City in conjunction with Movember & Countertalk
Hosted by Alyson Hancock, Assoc. CIPD from Yo!, and Sarah Coghlan from Movember, there was an open and honest appraisal of the challenges hospitality has in addressing mental health issues in the industry.
Minding Minds is really proud to be on this journey with Yo ! - we will be rolling out a programme next year that will see every single GM trained as a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England Champion. Every one of Yo!’s 70 stores will have management skilled to spot asses and assist with mental ill health in their teams, and be proactive in addressing areas that may increase risk.
